Greetings friends! Join me for an In Person Flow class Outdoors in Central Park

WHAT TO BRING
Please bring a yoga mat (no mats will be provided) and any other props you might want.
NOTE
Class will be outdoors on the green
Enter the park at 110th Street & Lenox. You’ll see the Davis Center at the south side of the Harlem Meer (body of water). Walk around the meet to get it the Center.
We will start PROMPTLY at 6pm so feel free to arrive early
There are restrooms on site
Class limited to 15 people

The cost per class is $25
